I have taken a new Airtel DTH connection on 30th oct. and from that day I am contacting Airtel DTH customer care team to resolve multiple issues.
I have recharged my account with Rs.150 and done a top up of Rs.5 (2HD Diwali offer). But I was unable to view those channels. The reason they told was that they had given me some other customer’s cam card by mistake. Finally after multiple calls to customer care, technician came on 5th Nov 2016 and changed cam card. Still I am Unable to view 2 HD channels which I have done top up on 30th Oct 2016. And Airtel is not ready to transfer the balance amount (Rs.145) to my new view card which they have replaced. Should I bear loss because of Airtel DTH technician’s mistake??
I have registered complaints multiple time. Each time they will auto close it without resolving the issue.. Following are the complaint reference numbers. 56239855, 56231767, 56189213, 56166029

I have received multiple calls from Airtel but nobody gave solution.. They are just playing without giving a solution. Always they are saying will be resolved within 2 hours, 4 hours, or maximum of 24 hours. In between thrice they auto closed my complaints without resolving the issue. Even one lady from Airtel called and insisted me to say that "my issue is solved" if I get any call from customer care. I didn't agree for that. Every time they are repeating the question “what is the issue?”
It's a matter of Rs.145. I can consider that I have given to a beggar. But cheating customers like this is not acceptable. They are really un professional. Was this information helpful? |
