My name is Shiva Krishna reddy . I have bought airtel SIM ([protected])on[protected] pm in Huzzer nagar area in surtyapet district . Your agent has sold Sims out side road (under umbrella campaign) he took 350 rs from my side and he said about offer 84 days unlimited talk time and daily 1 GB data. Offer 1 hour they activetd SIM but I did not get any offers. I have again their place but they are not their . I have made call to customer care center they are said you have not recharge on your number please go near airtel store and get information. I went in suryapet airtel store but they said we can't do nothing. Please take the action on agents and activate my offers. I hope your under stand my problems. I hope I will get my offers in soon.
