I am an airtel prepaid network user. My phone number is [protected]. An online recharge of inr 1198 was done on this number on the 14th of august this year. The services to be provided according to the plan were unlimited all calls and data of 2.5 gb /day for 84 days. The unlimited all calls facility was deactivated today on the 11th of september, 2017. Repeated trials were made to contact the customer care personnel and executive on the airtel customer care number 121 but with no success following which i went to the airtel customer care centre at 5pm on the same day where a complaint was lodged. A message regarding the redressal of the problem was received at 5:43 3pm with the reference number cogcl[protected] but the same problem prevailed.
This problem is hampering my work and is highly unexpected of a reputed company like airtel. Would kindly request you to look into the problem. Non-redressal would force me to take the case to the appropriate forum.
