[Resolved]  Airtel — Complaint, ref#76454772 not yet recovered and added to many late charges

Hi team,

I am vedanayagam from coimbatore.

Am not satisfied with airtel because very frustrated with your services.. Even when i logged the issue i got message from airtel and saying like it will fix with in 48 hours and now almost over 10 days, again called customer care and they said issue escalated, notes added and it will fix with in one-day or else airtel representative will call directly to my number and update the status but now almost three days i didn't get response,, finally yesterday i called customer care and they are responding like no notes available and no escalation happened and they are okay to surrender all my 7 post paid connection..

Issue reff message : reference no. 76454772 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 24-may-2017 23:29. The same will be closed in next 2 days. For status update, sms sr (Ref. No.) to 121

Below are my connection with airtel post paid and more over we have couple of prepaid connection also.

Not yet my issue was resolved with Airtel and I got an call from your representative and your peoples intension only pay the bill instead coming with solution for my issue.

The issue still Open.

Below was the Mail response am getting from Airtel Nodal Team:

Please note, payments made through third party web sites or net banking will be updated within 2 working days. In case you are initiating payments through third party website (like paytm or other bank web sites) we request you to make note of this.

Every time i called customer care for the due amount and all those things reason i am not able to add this number to Airtel App beacause cant receving OTP for authenticate.

The message was recevied by "24-MAY-2017 23:29." till its not resolved and i call customer care for knowing the status for the ref number and one guy said it has been escalated and it will solve with in 24hrs and he said airtel person will call me to my number for confirmation but still i didnt get any call as of now. i ask them add Note on the Ref number 76454772 like i have two more numbers having same billing DUE date will be "30th May 2017" once the issue resolved then only i will pay the bill and he said its noted.

Yesterday(01 June 2017) i called customer care again and ask the status but they are saying no notes available for the REF # 76454772.

and i asked the precedure for Disconnect and surrender forall the seven(7) number for my account and he has given mail HYPERLINK "mailto:ID%[protected]@in.airtel.com"ID:[protected]@in.airtel.com and said will get reply with in 4 hours and I sent mail(refer below email) but not get any response still now for this issue also, And not even asked the reason why am surrender.

Am very Frustrated with AIRTEL, when ever we are calling to customer care your recording all those conversation right, so please go thorough it and get to know my patience and pain.

Now am ready to deactivate and surrender all those my number from Airtel and plan to change operator.

Atleast can i get response this for mail from airtel? if yes ASAP.

Below are my response to Airtel Team

Dear Team,

I can see this word "Payment" more times in your replied email, Airtel intention only customer should pay the bill while if they having issue with Airtel, what an nonsense reply I am getting, Why should I pay the bill without fixing the issues? its not make sense.

Veda[protected] : This looks like your understanding with my account, above the charges is an late payments? what you peoples think about customers and this is the services you peoples provided? cant you know late payments charge will comes Rs.125. feel very same with you Airtel. for you am saying that amount for only for Value Added services and now revised.

This is my final reminder .

I have raised Four complaints : Reference no. 76454772 : Mobile#[protected]
1.SMS services not working:

Logged the issue by "24 May 2017" and previously requested to customer care in oral conversation which I had issue with Message sending and receiving, for this issue I cant make any transaction for banking and other services for cant able to receive OTP and others.: Not yet Resolved

2.Reverse the amount for Values added services activated to my number.

Unknowingly one services was activated to this number and I payed the bill for past two months and while I coming to know then ask AirTel to deactivate and reverse the charge for in the particular billing cycle. : Resolved

3.Reverse Lay payment fee.

Previously "Airtel Payments Bank" and "Airtel Money" account was blocked for nearly 20 days and i was trying to reactivate but no luck in the Airtel-App and Site, I got response like "Please try agian after 12/24 hours", finally I call the customer care and peoples are replied like "server was down please call after sometimes". Then again i called them nextday and they reactivated my account and pay the bill for last month and then this late fee should not reflect the current bill cycle because its issue with from your end.

4.Reverse Lay payment fee another two numbers reason was issue not yet resolved.

As I mentioned clearly in the mail and oral communication once's the above issue resolved then only I will pay the current bill for those numbers ([protected], [protected]) because billing date will be on "30th May 2017" and if not then I wont pay the late fee also reason I had issue with another number.

if you fix all those issues with the numbers then I can continue with Airtel or else I am ready to disconnect the services from AIRTELwith seven numbers which is my Primary #[protected].

Today the barred my outgoing call for three numbers.
Any updates for above comments?

Any one suggest me what should I do, am very very frustrated with AirTel.
