Anand singh customer care executive misbehaved when i wanted detail of my bill and wanted to change plan. He insulted me and was shouting on me was sarcastic. My b. P shot up i am diabetic and want to sue airtel for the inconvenience and trouble. He called me illiterate and insulted my dignity. My mobile number is [protected].
I have taken new connection from airtel. I have taken two connections i have a broad band from airtel. This guy was from mumbai call centre. When he misbehaved i asked for manager and his name he gave his name anand singh said no manager are available and i should call at decent hours. Why they have 24 7 customer care then. He said that i don't even know how to calculate 15 percent and in india we have tx on everything.
I don't understand my fault and why he was not ready to help his tone was very rude unlike a customer care should talk. I was very politely asking but he misbehaved with me was not ready to help in first position. When i asked for id he said my name is enough and go complaint any where.
I don't understand was it mu fault i called airtel to to spoil my health. I want airtel to listen to the call and see what the executive do. My health is bad now. If anything happens to me it's airtel fault. Was this information helpful? |
