Airtel — customer care unreachable for 40 customer care not reachable for customer care is not reachable for 40 mins

I have ported my number [protected] to airtel. But after my jio sim tower gone, i tried inserting airtel, but it is not showing any tower, when i try to rheach customer care 121 or 198, nothing is routing to actual customer care, i have been hearing only automated voices. After tried 40 mins i left my hope. I don’t why airtel is treating the customer at worst. I feel bad for porting to airtel now. Please somebody help.
