I am a prepaid customer.my no [protected].purchased one new micromax android one handset from amazon.in.there you had assured free softtware&application download for 6months. i activated the same from my hand set.i was just downloading one application and suddenly i came to know that your company has deducted more than Rs.150/- on several occasions.i want to know the details of deduction such as how much mb, at what time, duration and for what use? i have just tried to download one application and you have deducted more that Rs.150/-.i request you to refund the same immediately or else i will go to court of law for which you will be responsible. i talked to your customer executive Mr. Debashish Mallik and he is ignorant of such offers.why you are making peoples fool?
