Airtel — deduction of rupees from my main balance

I have contacted customer care and he does resolve my problem and shout at me like i am at wrong place. Reference number - cbdsm[protected].
I did not use my mobile to send any massage even my inbox and as well as outbox is empty in this regard (The timing given by airtel service). Kindly help me how can i report you if i face this problem in future.
