Good morning,
Here my issue regarding deduction of fund (Inr100) in my credit card from past 8 7 months as a smart pay and i have informed to airtel costumer care to deactivate that option, they are neglecting my complaint and not resolved from past 3 month. Every time when i call they tell we will take to higher authority and next time it wont repeat again. If not possible from there end they should send the notice to concerned bank (Hdfc) right, they have not doing that also.
Please check on this and resolve my issue.
