Airtel Digital TV — DISAPPOINTING & IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE.

To whomsoever it concerns ( IF It REALLY DOES), I requested for installation of airtel digitel tv about 20 days back. Two guys came for installation next day, they supposed to come at 11 am but they came 6pm so I was waiting for them to come.Called up several times but every time they said they are about to reach. My case is shifting case so I provided nuts, bolts n dish for assembling. And very surprisingly they don't bother you to ask before changing any part and later on they come up some defective parts and charged you as well.Not everyone is technically sound enough to understand that the same part was working fine before shifting. There is something called HAPPY CODE that I came to know when I called up customer care for the complaint about my issue. The person named GAURAV came for installation with one more person he himself asked someone at the airtel office and he has done the formality of so called HAPPY CODE(they don't care is your customer is happy or not, because there is no intervention of a customer). As an installation part they have done very inferior or low quality work, I could be more happy n satisfied if I had ask some local electrician to get the work done. In spite of providing everything he screwed my dish on single bolt instead of two n he didn't make the fresh hole to make it compact, assemble it on existing hole that someone else has taken out his dish. Because of that reason I suffered signal problem so I called up GAURAV([protected]) (he gave me his number if I face any problem).This guy made fool of me for three days every time I call up he said coming in 1 hour and that 1 hour is not come in three days he stops taking calls n switch off his number next morning he called up n make excuses he was very busy worked late nights n promised me to come same day.Same thing happened that day too. Then I called your customer care, the so called CUSTOMER CARE team mentioned, that there is nothing they could do.For rectifiying the defective service I have to pay again for engineer visit. I was having no choice because spend 430 Rs monthly charge using set top box, no option running on another service.So I agreed to pay for that visit too. After having words with customer care I was allotted a time of 7pm that is perfectly fine with me till that time I come home from my office. In the morning at 11am engineer called up n he wanted to come up for the installation, I told him to come at 7pm that was decided by your representative and by the time I will reach home. I was surprised to see the attitude of the so called engineer(don't know his name but his no. is [protected]) he said he cant come at 7pm n told me if I want to get my work done i'll hv to come by 6:30. Its like they will work according to their routine not the customers need. At 7pm when i reach home make a call to engineer he said he will come but they way he addressed was so disrespectful.he said AYEE HELLO 150 RS DENE PADENGE. Got an impression that your company is hiring some uneducated fellows instead of engineers. For relocation i have paid 410 bucks on that half of the part done by me and other half done by engineer that is not done properly. Seeking your understanding on the matter n assist in installation, as such an irresponsible behaviour was not at all accepted from a company like Airtel. I think i m done with airteldigiteltv, i'll prefer to buy another service or take a connection from local cable guy. i don't care if my experience will be noticed or not by the airtel but i request people who is planning to buy a digitel tv connection give a thought once if they don't want to suffer with lame n pathetic service. Appreciate to see your reply otherwise i lost the hope that someone will get back on this issue.
For your kind information i have not received any call regarding the resolution for the issue, but 1 person came and he
has done nothing .
He said he will report this issue to senior authorities and old me he will not close the complaint and the same person (Gaurav) will come
to install again.
I really don't know is that such a big issue .
