[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Illegal deactivation of the services for connection no. [protected]

I have two airtel digital tv connection at my home under my cust id [protected]. Last year on[protected], i recharged my both connection from a local vendor with rs.[protected]+3012) for annual packages on both the connections. But, today my services were stopped due to low balance. When i called customer care, they said annual packages were not activated on your packages. When i asked them to lodge the complaint, they asked me to go and fight with the vendor.

Airtel offer me 499 plan and tell that u can give 13 GB data for three month but after activate this plan thay told me that u r not activate extra 10 gb data pack. They dontgive proper answer and ther those people who suggesf me plan is not receiving my call.
