my land line no. is[protected]. I made the payment in the month of OCT 2013, NOV 2013, and DEC 2013. But Airtel misplaced my Nov payment and since then contionously disconnecting my services. when I make complain, they resume the services but again disconnect it. I have submitted my bank statement, gave the customer care the cheque no. and they say sorry but again disconnect it. Then they told me the landline payment has by mistake gone into mobile department. which is not at all our fault, and they will get it done internally and I wont be facing any problem and resolved the connection but again after 2 days disconnect the services. This is harrassment to the customer. Now I m fed up after dealing with airtel.
