I am trying to activate a duplicate SIM from last Friday and everytime it is getting rejected saying DOB and Father name Mismatch
Whitefield Airtel store tried for 1 day and then asked me to go to Kadugodi Main branch - there they tried and got the same the Error
According to Kadugodi Branch they cant see my DOB nor they have option to update and asked me to call customer care.
Spoke to Customer Care they are saying they don't have option to update the DOB and go to Store.
Went to whitefield branch no help--went to Kadugodi they asked me to send mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com as the SIM is deactive
After I send mail I got a reply saying mail Id is not matching.
Again called customer care, He is saying my SIM is active and he cant change the DOB
Am using this number 2009 ironically none of my details is matching and the details what customer care is seeing and the Store person is seeing also doesn't match.
Please let me know the process and who is responsible for updating my details. If store person and the customer care cant see my details who has the access and who can give me the exact details/help here. Was this information helpful? |
