Airtel — double billing for my international roaming pack

I had taken a 10 day international pack for uae on my postpaid number on 29th september 2019. It was a 10 day pack and activated at 6:30 pm uae time/ 9pm ist. The pack was worth 3, 599 inr for 10 days usage.

It was supposed to be valid upto 9th october 2019 till 9pm ist. I had cancelled the subscription on 9th oct 2019 itself before 9pm ist after returning to india.

The charge was rightfully deducted in my september bill. However, when i received the bill for october, the company had again deducted inr 3, 599 citing the service for international roaming pack to start from 9th october 2019. On enquiring the customer care, they said that their count of days starts from 12am mid night and not from the time when the pack was activated.

This is outright cheating. And i request airtel to refund me my money.

My disputed bill number is bm203i[protected]. Kindly help resolve this asap
