On 10 may 2018 my airtel no, [protected] was recharged twice. One from the retailer and one online due to miscommunication. The amount was rs, 509/- for 90 days. Thus the amount paid was rs. 1018/-. However, the validity was expired on 10 august 2018. The customer care executive was contacted on 10 august 2018 who assured that the validity will be extended for another 03 months as the amount was already paid twice. However, when the validity was extended and expired, i contacted customer care again today on 12 august 2018. I am sanguine the recording of the conversation shoud be available with airtel. I was told very rudely that my validity can not be extended. I was shocked that earlier i was told that the validity will be exended but now a senior executive tells me that neither my money will be refunded nor the validity will be extended. Bravo airtel!! No wonder people are switching to other cellular service provider. I shall also be switching to jio or vodaphone as i have no desire to interact with unprofessional and rude customer care executives. My hard earned rs, 509/- will be donation to airtel.
