I am selecting channel from TV and sending QR code to respective numbers, but after some time getting a message that your request can not be processed,
I tried two times once at night of 22-Mar--2019 and once at next morning at 23-Mar-2019.
Both the time its deducts 1.5 rs for each message.
When I talk to customer care one says due to server error request can not processed please try once again and then I talked again then they says selection of channel from TV is not working.
I can't understand what kind of policies followed by Airtel, while selecting channel from websites its shows much higher rate as compare to rates available in TV.
Before this, I am able to view my channels in around 229 Rs/Month but now for the same I required to pay 400+ rs.
Airtel should be transparent why they misleading, If I am selecting channels from TV getting 329 rs / month but they are not processing the request while selecting channels from website its costs 405 rs / month and they activate this package in fraction of seconds.
