I have been using airtel since last 4+ years.In delhi, it worked fine for me.
Then i moved to hyderabad, where it troubled me a bit but still i managed and tried to remain with airtel. Now its been 5+ months in mohali and i am really frustrated by the services provided by airtel out here. The call drop rate is so high that i am not even able to make a call clearly. I am only able to connect a particular number only after connecting it for more than 4 or 5 times, as most of the times there is an issue of call failure. There is no network coverage and the flagship store guys are saying that airtel is best in mohali.Initially i started with 899 plan but due to all these issues, i switched to 499 plan, still the bill charged is totally erroneous. Moreover i haven't received the bill details. I have made a complaint with customer care regarding my bill details, but what i am receiving every time is just a mail without any attachment i. E.
