[Resolved]  Airtel — ESCALATION AGAINST THE COMPLAIN (INTERACTION ID[protected] DIGITAL TV RECHARGE

Airtel retention department has offered me to do recharge of 6 month and it will valid for one year, I did the same on that day made a recharge of amount 3285 but till this date I have not got 1 year validity. I have called airtel many times unable to get any resolution for same. I am really very disappointed about all this just let me know what you guys wants for me ..I very sick of keep following each customer care for every time. Consider this is my extreme escalation for same. This event is seriously hurting me, If have not got what promised then I don't want to keep any relational whit air-tel Call came from retention department addressing Mr Rohit [protected] or 12150 for subsequent follow up.
