I have made the payment of 6007 rs to airtel with txn id [protected], for broadband connection on 26th oct. After following up with airtel person for so many days, they are still not able to provide the connection neither they are returning my money. I have been requesting them to refund my money, please help me.
I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter, and help me with the situation. I want an acknowledgement mail or sms, saying that my refund is initiated. There is no acknowledgement from airtel's side.
