I would like to bring to your attention that I have had the worst experience while using the my Airtel app. Yesterday night twice my account was deducted but the benefit wasn't recharged to my account.
Details:
1st.
Recharge amount :549

Status: money deducted from account but failed .

You can understand my frustrations of being devoid of rs 1098 but still not getting the benefit. Following which I used a competitors app and got the recharge benefit. I want you to process my refund at the earliest now. This is a big amount and I feel not satisfied with the 121 customer care. I can't even find a personal to complaint in the web of computer generated voices in the 121 menu. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in services provided by Airtel. Thanking you .
