Dear team,
I have a number of [protected], for this number due to network issues and costing issue i want to move from airtel to other network for that i have given port request on 23-oct-17 for that i got a call from airtel customer care & they checked the reason for port then i have given above mentioned reasons for that they have given a offer of 399 for unlimited calls and data for 3months then immediately i have recharged with 399/rs but i got only 1month benefit instead of 3months, immediately i called to 198regarding this & they told me to wait for 48-76hrs for benefit addition but it was not happen.
I have called more then 5times to customer care but there is no response from airtel.
Giving wring committements is a cheating of customer for this i need the proper solution
