There is one Airtel staff. He took Rs.500 from me for providing an airtel postpaid connection and gave a new sim to me. Now, its one month and he still could not activate the sim. Now, I told him to return my money and take back his sim, but he is constantly delaying and ignoring my calls.

This is cheating customers in a very bad way.

The customer support guy called and he was very rude in the way he was talking.
Then he asked to do card to card transfer from SBI ATM which is never required for receiving money.
Then he said through Paytm and he asked for my Paytm OTP. I refused to tell him.
It is a total fraud.
There are many ways to send money like netbanking, etc but he insisted on paytm.
Strict action should be taken against this.
The support person was again trying to fool me.
I always thought airtel is the best provide but now its very sad.
Please take some action for the same and I want a refund of my money as soon as possible.
