Dear Sir,
I have to airtel postpaid numbers in my family plan 999:-
Primary number :- [protected]
Secondary Number :- [protected]
I applied for a change of both numbers to apollo corp plan(99 rs monthly) on/before 17th Jan 2017
& following procedure has been done for the same :-
-Gave documents for both (hard copy and form)
-Address verification at home
-SMS 12139 for confirmation
I got a mail also on 25th Jan for entry in new plan.
But I got current month bill of 1139 rs Approx. & that is also under my family plan.Still
on checking my plan it is showing as active my family plan.
I approached customer care 3-4 times but all time they said u meet with sales officer at your company.
I approached atleast 5-6 times to them also and everytime they are saying it will done in either 24
hours or 48 hours.
I want all you to know that i am not using airtel postpaid my family data packs (internet) after 19th
January 17 only calling has been done from both numbers.Still you are charging me all.I will not pay
that amount & request you to please generate my bill till 20th jan as uses of my family pack and after
that as per usage of 99 pack at both numbers.
Please do the same for current month also.I am very fed up with airtel people response and either
close my number or will go to consumer court if my problem has not been resolved .
Now getting a reply after one month sorry sir we can't change your plan :(
