I have been a cug loyal customer of airtel for almost 5 years now but they have disappointed me with their services and fraudulent charges. They had charged me falsely before as well and when i complained about it they had refunded me with the data which i didn't use.
But the story continues and their replies are also pathetic, i am going to port my cug plan but wanted to show that how airtel is never helpful or willing to solve their customer complaints.
Really disappointing
I had mailed them with a warning of leagal action but still they chose to not take any actions on it instead asked me to wait till the time bill is generated.
I had all my background and net useage tracked which was not event 300mb when airtel started sending me messages that my net is exhausted, when i decided to ask them to show me my data useage they asked me to wait till the next bill cycle and as soon as the cycle ends their accounts department starts calling up for payments.
