Hi,
I am facing issue with airtel since nov 2018. I have co-oporate postpaid plan of rs 259 and since november 2018, i am getting bill based on rs 299 plan. After continuously complain, on february 22, 2019, i recieved a mail from airtel that your issue has been resolved and from now onwards you will get a discount of rs 40 and will refund money rs 160 which were deducted since nov 2018.
My new bill generated on 7th march 2019 and again bill generated based on rs 299 plan and they havn't refunded my rs 160 back to me.
Now after mailing to them so many times since 7th mar 2019, i didn't get any valid response.
Airtel is now becoming the headache for customers and providing the worst service.
