There was no connection in my airtel broadband from last week. I had intermediate connection which was for only 15-20 mins and again there was zero internet connection at my home.
I called the customer care and registered my complain on sunday morning. (Date 28/05/17). Initially they assured that it will be resolved by 24 hours. But today is the 6th day, still there is no resolution.in the mean time, i spoke minimum 20 - 30 times to airtel, but got only false commitment. Every time, i had to explain the same story to all different floor managers, technicians but ultimately i got no solution. I was without internet for more than 6 days.
They have closed the ticket even without confirming with us. (Ticket number :[protected]. Every time i have to chase with the floor managers for the resolution but they are not aware about the escalation or even about the ticket number.
Specifically i want to mention 3 floor managers names who gave us the false commitment and not at all supportive for this issue. I told several times to open the ticket because it was not resolved but they denied on the same issue.

I have faced enough harassment from your side and i wish to discontinue the service. There was no late payment from my side till date but this kind of service is not at all acceptable. I am not at all going to accept any sorry from your side. We kept enough patience but only got some false hopes and pathetic services. I know you are not even bothered about one customer but what you did that is ethically not correct. Was this information helpful? |
