Airtel — I given security amount of 250 at the activation charges and again 250 add in my bill

When i port out my number vodafone to airtel sales person took the 250 rs
As a activation fee and said this amount will be deduct in your first bill.

And also deduct this amount from rs 250 my first bill.

But this amount again add my second bill.

So need justice for that. Why making fool us
