Dear sir,
I have paid rs.100/- for airtel sim from jai bhawani mobiles, shop no. 69/sh/1a, near finolex colony, castelvaddo, pirni, nagoa, verna - goa.
But balance is not credited till the time (It was purchase on 29.10.2016 and now it is 24.11.2016)
I have consulted about this issue to jai bhawani mobile shop from where i have purchase the sim but he is not helping more as he said he can not do anything now and suggested to talk to customer care... But, how i can talk to customer care when no balance is credited to my sim. I am not getting exactly whose responsible for this the jai bhawani mobile shop, airtel company or me.
Please help me out. If this is the mistake of jai bhawani mobile shop then please take action against him. He might be doing this with others too.
