Airtel — I recharged to the wrong number and I can't transfer the recharge to my original number

I recharged my Airtel number with Rs 666 from phone pe and realised that i recharged to the wrong number by mistake.when i enquired I knew about the Airtel reversal recharge method and i messaged 51619 to do it.but the answer came as to contact the circle coordinator I would like to transfer my recharge to original account
