Dear airtel team
It has been two week since i have ported my idea number ([protected]) to airtel. The old idea sim got deactivated but the new airtel sim is not getting activated. I'm receiving messages like we are unable to process your request.
I tried calling 59059 for verification once i got the network but it doesn't work and shows me network busy or failed. Later it says emergency calls only.
I tried to enquire about this issue at [protected]@in. Airtel.com but it responded me like this email is not registered against [protected] number and gave an link to verify the mail. When i tried clicking link it's sending otp to [protected] (Which is inactive). How can you expect it?
I need that number to get activated asap it's my official number.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

It's been 2 months but no action against the complaint.
