On 21st july 2016, i have received a message about a balance deduction of rs.5 for every 5 days for a renewal of value added service from airtel.
When i checked the last five deduction, i got to know that it was deducted from my account for every 5 days regularly.
When i called customer care and checked, then i came to know this deduction was done from 2011 onwards.
I was really shocked that my balance was deducted without my knowledge for the past 6 years.
The value added service was useless and without my knowledge they have activated it and renewing it.
The value added service is for getting message from airtel about the new offers. This is not required by any customer
Now, i managed to deactivate with the help of customer care executive. But, what about the deducted amount. I checked with them, they can't help in refunding the amount.
When i checked the amount it is more than rs.2000 might be deducted from my account without any confirmation for the renewal from 2011 rs.5 for five days that is daily re.1 from my account for 6 years.
I have the recorded the conversation from the airtel customer care that the last deduction was done on june 19th 2016. But, when i mailed nodal officer and appellate officer, they said it was activated two weeks back and they have refunded rs.10/- to my account.
From the refunding of amount, it is clearly seen that they have something wrong with them.
I need a justice for this and i have the recorded conversation to submit it as proof.
