I have ported from Vodafone to Airtel It was troublesome right from the beginning. The Airtel Executive (Took it from Airtel Store, Beside Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet) gave me a new SIM card, so i have to wait for another 48 hours and then he gave me another SIM onto which my number was ported.
After that i was unable to receive any calls from any number. Called up Customer Care, they said it will take another 48hrs to fix the issue.
Today its more than 20 days but no solution form Airtel Side and whenever use to call customer care they gave me another time line of 3 days, after 3 day again given timeline of 3 days and have the same answer i.e your complaint is open we will exolete the issue and will revert but never received any call. Its been more than 20 days since i have lodged a complaint and still the issue is same and i am missing all my important calls, My business executives generally reside in US/Canada and they are unable to reach me which is hindering my business productivity. None of them are able to connect to my number. Its very critical that i have to be available on phone. Please do the necessary.
I am ok if they can backport my number to Vodafone. Vodafone was lot better in Technical resolutions
