Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been the loyal airtel customer from past 8 years !!!
Below mentioned the details on my issue which is not resolved from past 6 days and counting.
24th September 2016: Got a message from Airtel that becaus of the address mismatch we are going to disconnect connection, soon after i called up the customer care and confirmaed that just ignore that message(I was in roaming in Goa).
25th September 2016: Airtel No got disconnected, called up customer care more then thrice and confirmed that they will correct it.
26th September 2016: Not corrected even after a day and again called up the customer care twice and they told that it will be corrected within an hour.
27th September 2016: Not corrected after calling customer care 9 times outgoing calls have been activated and there is no incoming call/SMS(Came back to bangalore).
28th September 2016: Not corrected and after calling customer care they told me to get the duplicate sim and i toook the duplicate simm, even in the new sim same issue - i am able to do outgoing calls but incoming calls/SMS is not active. gave complaaint in customer care ()
29thSeptember 2016: still not resolved

The total loss occurred to me because of this is around 50000 to 100000 and i am ready to file a case and submit necessary document to court and get the justice .
please let me know how to go about this.
