I have been recharged my mobile online with rs 47/- but balance not affected.so kindly resolve the issue and do the needful.call centre also not responding.

We are located in Jayanagar 2nd block, Bangalore. we dont have Airtel Landline and broadband connection in this area . Mobile signal of Airtel also very poor.
