Inspite of several complaints the Airtel customer service is not resolving my problem. The international roaming package was prepaid before I left india and I am unable to make calls to india or even within usa. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 22, 2022 Updated by Euma In spite of several complaints this matter is unresolved. Re customer service there is very poor response and the nodal officer in tamilnadu remains unable to solve the problem. It makes customers to go thro hardship as we r stuck without any remedial measures. Only legal action is the option if the problem is not resolved
