This is with regards to my postpaid new SIM card that I had applied for on Friday 10/03/2017, ravi Kumar from one point one solutions, which is a airtel partner had come and collected the documents and I had paid rs250 as deposit ( pfa receipt).
I was also allocated number [protected], subsequently I got a verification call on my mobile number.
next day, at that Time i gave all the information except sim number because I was out somewhere and didn't have the number ready.
It's been four days since the verification call but my number is not activated yet.
Why are your processes so slow and when the verification call happened you all should have had the sim number handy because ravi Kumar had mentioned sim number on receipt, since yesterday I have been calling and I am being told the number will be activated soon, such inefficiencies are not expected from the best mobile service provider. Would request someone from your team to take quick action and get the number activated and also please inform me once the number is activated.
one point one solutions is a fraud agency, mobile number mentioned on the bill is incorrect and landline nobody is picking up.
