My contact is [protected]. I activated a data pack for rs.10 value 50 mb for 2 days in the morning of date 26/07/2017. On the morning of 27/07/2017 balance is deducted from my main account balance of rs.30 and left only 1.40 rs. I got a message of 10 mb data remaining. I still have 0.39 mb balance while i am checking for it. While inquiring from customer care they say my balance is deducted for using net after expiry of internet pack.
Complaint : i didn't get any message of expiry of my data pack. Till now. How you can deduct balance from my account without informing me about expiry of my data pack. (Even though it says 0.39 mb data left). This policy of airtel is very frivolous and my balance has been deducted many times this way and i am feeling looted by airtel.
I want my deducted balance back as well. I request airtel to inform its customers who use a daily pack or two, three days packs that their data has expired and from main account the data will be deducted now through a message to all its customers. Was this information helpful? |
