Airtel — internet services worst

Worst internet services and also there customer support is the worst. They take all the details and everytime say the same thing that they are improving the service but it never gets improved. It's like wasting ur money. 4g doesn't even work on 2g i believe. And this happens everywhere in my city. And all my internet setting are perfectly fine. Pls help me out or else i would have to change the sim.
