Starting of this week i have visited airtel showroom in 14, trunk road, porur chennai-116 to change my existing postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The staff (Viji) attended the request and took more than one hour to complete the form. They asked me to pay the outstanding bill, so i i've paid the outstanding amount using airtel app immediately. But this dump lady took one hour to fill the simple form.
After 2 days my postpaid connection was disabled, later i tried to use the prepaid sim given by your staff. But the prepaid sim didn't work because my details not updated in system. More than 96 hours i i've waited, no response. Later i contacted the showroom staff viji regarding the issue but she simply respond she don't know about it and not even said the reason why the service is not activate. Later even if call to showroom, these people not even picking the call and disconnecting the call. I don'whether airtel have skilled employees. If there is any issue, at least your staff should give properly reply. I don't know how they simply disconnect the users call. Even if i call customer care, they are asking to visit showroom. But these people not even ready to pick up the call. I have used airtel connection as primary number, and my sim was inactivate for past 3 days. I couldn't do any bank transaction and official calls. Seriously it is frustrating. At last i have contacted other showroom and got the information.
Please use skilled person in show room. This lady don't have any knowledge and simply sitting as an #. Was this information helpful? |
