Registered complaint regarding no signals @ indoor, complaint # 88209116 dt. 22.10.2018.
Irresponsible network team never ever called me till now, customer care dont have the status of the complaint when they are going to solve the issue,
Everyday they are saying that they are escalating the issue, but no response till today.
Each and everyone working in customer care are not well trained, giving false commitments not even a single well trained professional there including the floor managers. All are irresponsible, not professionals, airtel trained to them to say sorry for inconvenience caused. Except this those people wont do anything-either they will escalate the issues or they wont get update from the concerned depts-simply waste calling 12118, 121, 151 Was this information helpful? |
