Airtel — issue in internet

My internet is down since last night. I called in airtel customer care 3 times but they always said that we forwarded your complaint to other department and it will resolve it asap. Tell me how much time it will take to resolve the problem 1 hour or 2 hour thats it? But it's been 14 hours and the internet connection condition is same. They are just making money by not providing a proper internet connection. Seriously it's ridiculous.. And their slogon is airtel connection is even at small area.. But what about the other area.
