I have been complaining about airtel gallery no. Of times.
They are showing their helplessness every time.
They asked me to mail their backhand office abt. The issue.
Their office sends me a mail to remove sim & follow elaborate instructions, which as a senior citizen of 71 yrs. Old cannot follow.
Why not they ask their gallery people to contact me & take corrective action?
I hear a lot of people complaining abt. Aitel services during my visits to their gallery.
Due to my frustrated & disturbed status now i am going all out to let people know about the situation with airtel
I am going to blow all media about the problems.
My complain is as detailed below:
Sir,
This is to bri ng to your attention very serious problem with my airtel mobile connection.
I m not getting phone calls from any landline connection.
Porting has been done from vodafone to airtel 10 days back.
My problem is, my wife has very low vision.
She cannot connect me, when i m out of residence.
This is serious situation.
Airtel gallary at borivli west, link road is helpless & are not able to help.
Urgent action is a must from airtel.
Request immediate action.
