We made a purchase order to Airtel Chennai for Lease line Connection on 13th jan 2016 and a person named SIDHIQ came and collected the CAF and got a cheque for 37000 in favour of BHARATHIAIRTEL and they said that the connection will be done and when the connection is ok then an acceptance letter will be signed by the customer and then the cheque will be cleared...
But before giving connection the Airtel Person Named Sidhiq and Abdul cleared the cheque without informing us. We got a cheque handling charges as 2000rs in our bank account.
By 15th of march we proceed to cancel the connection and mailed to Mr. Arun (Accounts Manager) and they instructed us to mail to Mr. Kanniyappan (Lease line refund) and we did so and we informed Mr. Kanniyappan regarding the same.
By the time a person Mr. Gajendran (Technician) came to our office and said that new DP line cant be set as there is a conflict with the corporation authorities. and they asked us to cancel one BROADBAND connection to give a LEASELINE connection
Today on 24th March 2016 we made call to Mr. Kanniyappan Regarding the REFUND. this guy is asking us to come to santhome and talk in person.
We dont know what to do with this AIRTEL CHENNAI...

As the connection is new and the Airtel person itself dont know the Account Number. then how can a customer knows the account no. The connection has been taken in the name of M/s GOEASY MART.
