Why do I receive a NO Service line on my screen-top? I'm afraid it has been happening much too often to my comfort. I've always trusted Airtel to be the country's No.1 mobile service.
Let me explain the problem. All of a sudden, an advisory appears on the screen, with the caption 'Network Lost.' The message is rather curt: "Your selected mobile network is no longer available. You can choose a different network in Settings."
Am I being forced out of the network of my choice? Airtel should explain.
Is it too much to expect that the consumer gets the normal service without such frequent interruptions in service.
