I had made the payment after my mobile services got barred due to non-payment but after that also Airtel didn't resumed the services complete day and their customer care number 121 was kept continuously busy throughout the day. Next day, I emailed them to resume the services, the reply was quite surprising as they were trying to contact me and wrote "unforunately, you didn't respond to us and couldn't connect you" Such foolish people, without checking they made a call to temporary suspended number. It took almost half day to struggle with such people via email as my number was off due to no network. Then i made a call to 121 through other Airtel number, where I've been told initially that services are barred sue to non-payment whereas on the other hand, I had already received an email confirmation about my bill payment being credited. Then it took several minutes to respond to me as the call was on hold, they told me to switch off/on mobile to get the network which didn't work out that time. My grievance is about their pathetic services and poor signals to which they keep on making fool of people. Was this information helpful? |
