Airtel — mobile postpaid

I am highly dissatisfied with the service of airtel for my postpaid account 999*.

I have several issues with airtel and don't know where to start with.

1. I had subscribed and updated my plan with airtel in feb/mar to 1199 infinity plan, as i was getting high billing amount and was thus promised (Please read again - was promised) that my bill will not exceed beyond 1300 after taxes. But it still continued to be same around 2000 inr post that month. I again called the customer care after two months (May) and they apologized for the inconvenience stating that this will be refunded and waived off in the next bill cycle. And this never happened.

2. I called the customer again on 23rd july and had a conversation around 40 min. The lady in call told me that my bill amount is high since i have two booster packs and some roaming package activated on my account.
Please note that this was never communicated/informed to me when i had a call in march and may. Out of nowhere now i had some additional booster packs and roaming pack activated which were done only once for a month and an year back.

Howsoever, i asked her to immediately cancel all the additional package/boosters from my account and asked her to activate a 799 plan on my account. I received the confirmation and closed the call stating that for other issues i will mail to airtel and if this is not sorted i am gonna port.

As per my above point, i definitely need a refund/waived off of the amount related to booster and international roaming, which i have been clueless about since the activation of my 1199 infinity plan and for which i was even promised by the airtel customer care executive.

3. I called the customer care again today and when i just cross checked about the plans being activated on my account, he responded 1199 + booster packs + roaming on your number. I was shocked and when i argued with him, he said do you remember the name of the customer care executive. Like really??? What great service indeed!!!

I don't understand that even after a call of 40 min on 23rd july, why on earth my account has not been updated with the requisite service changes and today the guy was telling me again about the old packages.

This is clear fraud and misplaced information to charge heavily from us.
