Took ir for bhutan from 1st april for 10 days and paid rs.3999.
I took ir from 18th april for 10 days for singapore by paying rs 1999.
In both these cases, my experience was very disappointing. I was able m ake and receive calls. I. Was not getting data signal at all. I think you are cheating your customers. It has happened in both my accounts.
When i repeatedly complained, i was told to switch phone off and on and remove sim card and switch on and off. Nothing worked. I tried to connect to other service providers. None got connected.
Why is airtel fooling and cheating. You can check my account and see how much data i have consumed during my stay abroad.
Data is most useful when you travel because you need gps. You need google maps. You need chrome search.
You have got me into a lot of dificulties during my visit abroad. I should have purchased a local sim, as i normally do. But i got fooled by trusting your company.
I will be posting this letter on facebook. I shall use social media to expose your false promises.
I want you to refund 3999 and 1999.
