Airtel — money deducted but recharge not completed

I recharged my airtel prepaid mobile no. On 11 april 2020 through my airtel app. Money was deducted from my bank account and its been 3 days but i havent got any confirmation from airtel. I am unable make or receive a call. I tried calling customer care but no resolution was provided. I even sent mail to [protected]@airtelbank.com along with the transaction details but instead of resolving my issue they replied saying download my airtel app and conveniently manage your payments.

How can i manage my payments when there is no option given to talk to a customer care executive. I am very much disappointed by the services of airtel
