Airtel — Money got debited from my account and bank confirmed its credited to airtel but no resolution from airtel

I made a payment of Rs.2, 773.94 on 21-Jan-2022 for my airtel black [protected] through airtel thanks app where I chose UPI payment and gave my icici upi id. I completed payment in my imobile app and money got debited but in the airtel thanks app it failed. I checked with the bank and they confirmed its credited to the beneficiary account and shared the transaction reference number[protected]. And also I raised a SR ticket with airtel with the number [protected]. Today I called airtel and asked for a call back from the supervisor, he informed me to send the screenshot of the statement through mail which I attached and sent a mail. Please resolve this as soon as possible since tomorrow is my due date. I need to suffer from service disconnection and penalty due to the mistake which is not from my side.
