I'm using airtel since 2004 and it is very disappointing to see that the services have degraded to such bad levels that now they have started looting the customers in the name of providing the services through the app.
I paid mtnl bill for this month twice on 19/10/2017 but the transaction failed both the times. The account balance was also deducted both the times and the bill remained still unpaid.
Had to pay my bill through other means.
I request airtel to not to fool the customers by reducing their account balance unnecessarily if the said services cannot be provided.
Hope i'll not be disappointed again and the amount deducted from my account amounting 864 rupees (432 rupees twice) will be added back to my account in my airtel app.
